Ceramic Brake Pads? 4 Years, 2 Months ago
I use Ceramic brake pads on my truck, and they are awesome, seam to last forever. Has anyone put them on their Roadstar? I'm looking for Pro's and con's other than price, I know they cost more.

I'm open to Other then Ceramic if they last longer and reduce or remove the break dust. Do you have a Part number? Clifford, do you have a line on them?

Bump Bump, Some say EBC Dealer says Yami, I have no idea what is best. I like idea of less brake dust and ceramic would do that for me as well as stop. As far as stopping power, I have all I want and too much in the rear with factory brakes. At 15K miles I still have plenty left but want to have a set sitting around ya know. So, any one know of ceramic for a RS?

Noticed way better grab with DP Dustless.. After I put them on my V-Star( To keep the white walls clean) I noticed the bike stayed cleaner all round....Less gungee look after riding.

Ceramic will give you more grab with less pressure, that's how it reduces wear and lasts typically 3 or 4 times as long than asbestos brakes. Plus, no dust

Yea I know all that, I just don't know where to get any for the RS Anyone?

Heck I was happy Schatzie trade a car in because she had cheap brake pads on the front and it drove me insane trying to keep up on the black dust they churned out. I mean like every two days the wheel was filthy!

So Bump anyone know of a ceramic pad for the roadstar 1700 07 type MS.
