I haven't actually done an 05, but I understand they are the same as an 04. If you want to be sure, call Brian at Nopork.com (951) 272-1002. He has plugs (thats about it for a kit) for them as well.

the 04 and 05 use plates. so you can probably just make some from any metal and bolt them on.ride safe

I just ordered the plates from nopork at $15 US. The site didn't say for '05 exactly I don't think but they oughta work the same as for the '04s.

we have an 04 and an 05....I can't think of any basic part that is different between the two years...some models have different chrome goodies, bags or wheels (laced on the perarl white/raven)...but everything is completely interchangable.

Like the Milkman said...you can make your own.

I used pieces of aluminum the same thickness. Traced the outline and bolt hole locations, cut and drilled, filed and sanded smooth and painted (don't paint the contact side of the plate). Use the stock metal gaskets.

The AIS is the Road Star equivalent of a emissions device for EPA.

It injects air into the heads (post combustion) to reduce emissions (thin them out).
