New performance parts for Road Star 7 Years, 2 Months ago

I have just ordered Cobra Speedster Longs and Kuryakyn Twin Velocity for my 2003 Silverado Limited Edition and plan on porting manifold. Do I need to order jet kit or use the one w/ Twin Velocity? Should I take bike to shop or is this a relatively easy re-tune of fuel? Would like advice on jets so any advice would be greatly appreciated.
