I am curious what your carb settings are.....what kind of jets you have ......any SVS problems.....and where are you....your mods etc....Coug  .....06 I am not trying to step on your thread just widen it .

DJ 175 Main
Stock pilot
DJ needle on 4th clip from top
PMS @ 2 turns
Speedstar K&N air filter (a Yami BAK  )
just adding now...
ported manifold
Speedstar ignition module
Moved DJ needle from 4th to 3rd clip
With the addition, I have no clue on mileage. Was getting crappy MPG before with 35 MPG.  But I had the needle on the 4th clip, too.

Mine is a 175 factory pro jet, clips on the 3rd groove, and the pms is 2 3/4 turns out
Roadhouse Dooleys ported manifold and speedstar air intake w/stock back plate with the k&n filter thanks fo the input guys......Coug
