a question on my bak 2 Years, 9 Months ago

i dug into my bak today to see why i had oil in it.i noticed at the very bottom that there is a drain hole with a nipple for a hose on the carburator side.well there isn't a hose attached.while cleaning up and getting a better look at the carb i noticed a very small 1/8" diameter tube coming out of the bottom of the carb about a 1/2" down and then it bends at 90* to the ais side of the bike ( or where it was,it has been removed).well there isn't any hose on it either(looks like a vacuum line of sorts).this is the first time i really got into the bike since the recall.am i missing drain lines or vacuum lines? spudwrench
