Yup she is fixed and running fine was out most all weekend on her kicked out a killer sunburn but had a great time thanks guys for all your help with the problem...

Woooooaaaaaa!!!! Lol easy there that was all I had time for at that point. The last few things I did seem to have fixed the problem. One was rerouting the fuel line as per barons specs on their fuel pump relocation kit as the supply line was about twice as long as it needed to be, Two was loosing the dyno revmaster. And three was hooking the coils back up as per oem specs (wich I tend to think was the real root of the problem) being as they were actually wired wrong the neg. and pos. side were switched around. Currently goin ahead with a few mods such as installing a power cone into the bak and installing one of barrons finger pms screws. But bike is running awsome will be dialing the jetting when I get time, as one of the yam techs here suggested a few sizes here that go against everything ive read so far.

So, you really aren't sure what the problem was. I vote for the coils being miswired, that will cause all kinds of weird stuff to happen. Glad you got er going.
