Re:Proper oil level 2 Years, 7 Months ago

I was looking at various posts and came across this one. When I change my oil I put in 4.3 Quarts as specified by the manual. Now they are saying 3 quarts 12ozs. For me that is way too much oil in my bike. The question is What will happen with too much oil in the bike? How does it affect performance? What will I experience with too much oil? Should I now reduce my oil to 3 quarts and 12 ounces?
