You got MORE than enough hose. If you need I can send you a universal mounting bracket?

No need for the bracket, I have more than enough stuff here to fab up a mount. Thanks for the hose info.

Fireman....well that sucks as I have a Mustang on too.
Can you MAKE it fit? Wonder if any of the underside of the seat can be taken out?
I'm sure gonna try as I don't want the compressor in my saddlebag. I have removeable bags and like to take 'em off once in awhile. Stocker might have to go back on mine if I can't figure something out.
Regards....greeny
Edit: Looks like Tampa has a non-stock seat. Hhhmmm.....

Don't you guys have that same gaping hole/space in front of the battery? There was more than enough room for the compressor+.

Thanks for the great info. You wouldn't happen to have a wiring diagram handy for how you wired the remote up, would you?
Thanks....greeny
Greeny:
You have to bring in at least three hot & ground wires into the remote setup.
1. The main power and ground for the unit.
2. One wired to the solenoid. Follow your switch wiring and tap to that.
3. One for the air pressure sensor or tap directly to the compressor. I found that my cheap remote solution doesn't handle the power requirement of the compressor like Tricky's real setup. But, if you wire it to the air pressure sensor, that pumps up the systems lickety go split...
Tricky:
Wish you were here last year before I had to do my own R&D... Sounds like you guys have a solid solution. Shoot me a Free one and I'll tell everybody how great it is...

There's no need to mount the compressor under the seat. Mine is clamped onto the pivot tube on the swingarm. It fits nicely behind the plastic cover and is out of the way. Not pretty but it works.

OK, I figured how to get the pump under a Mustang seat. I will fit even better if I can rotate the head of the pump 120 degrees. Now I have run into another issue. The bushing will not fit into the hole at the end of the cylinder. I've relieved the edge of the bushing as well as the end of the hole, but no way is this going in. Tapping with a piece of wood only burrs the inside of the hole.... This sucks..
TA, what size is this hole supposed to be? The bushing is .710 and the hole is .695. This won't work, even using KY.

There is no way I'm getting anything under my seat ... I even have a low profile battery.
That's were I intend to mount mine but my horns are there so now I need to find another spot for them.
It never ends.
