spark plugs 2 Years, 5 Months ago

I had my 07 r* rejetted about 1 month ago at the Yamaha dealer, I was told the gas mileage would change by about 1 or 2 miles less per gallon. The mileage changed a lot, so I went back to the dealer service dept. and told them about it and they pulled the spark plugs to check to see if it was burning lean. the front plugs were good but the back plugs were black, they said the back was burning lean. they put new plugs in and said to run it for awhile and take it back for them to check. What can I expect them to do if it's the same? What can I do to help the situation.
