Thanks Paul.....plumbing huh? I was @ Home Depot and couldn't find what I needed in the air tool area. Not much help from the staff at that store. Checked out a local tool store and a Autozone....nothing at either.

Didn't think about plumbing.

Any difference in connectors? Seems to me there's at least 2 types. Push-in and screw in. I'm wanting to hook up a guage to the Tricky system and every guage I've looked at appears to be a 1/4 inch screw in type. At some point in my setup I will need to covert the Tricky push-in setup over to a screw in.

I'm probably confusing you all as much as I'm confusing myself!

Thanks....greeny

Greeny,

Like I said before, we have plenty of fittings and what have you - "T"s and "Y"s included. When we get ready to send the tops back out, you can scoop those up from me at the same time...

Greeny:

Here's what I was talking about.

Plumbing section for sure. 1/8" line is pretty cheap. And, probably white...

Rob....if you can set me up, I'll buy the beers next time I'm in Finger!

I'm wanting to connect in a pressure guage. Most connectors I've seen have a 1/4 inch male connector. I just need to be able to adapt that to your system. I'm looking for an adapter to adapt the male threaded connection on the guage to your 1/4 inch hose. I would then either need a T to go along with the Y you already supplied with the kit. That or a cross connector (4 way) would suffice. Make sense? Sorry to be difficult and confusing!

Thanks....greeny

No problemo Greeny... I'm going to show tech what you asked for the next time one of those dudes come through my office, cuz I think we have some sort of gage adapter. As for the "T" I got you on that.

Greeny, I have seen the style of fitting you are talking about somewhere, but I can't remember now. Probably at one of the industrial supply places around here. I would try to avoid plumbing stuff too. I don't think its meant to be operated at the pressures you will see in your air ride. JMHO

Greeny:

The brass connectors are rated > 150lbs. But, Jamie is right about the air line. Just make sure you're good for 200lbs+-. I've got 2000 miles of up/down on my setup and no failures.

Also, I'm pretty sure the AutoMeter gauges come with the correct adapter. I had one at one time but couldn't find the right place for it.

Hope that helps ya.
