If you've done 38000 miles with hardly a maintenance issue that is VERY good. As others have said, most posts are people looking for help with a problem, however the biggest percentage of us have no problems. I agree some times I read the forum and think this bike is junk with all these problems. Of those problems though most seem to stem from modifying the engine and just trying to get everything tweaked in. I never buy a first year product, but these engines are pretty tried and true at this point. There will always be a bug here and there, and this forum is where you will here about them.
