Take them out and see what it sounds like, then decide. I took mine out of my Roadhouse 2-1 and rode around the block once. Got back and put 'em right back in. Way way way too loud. I'm sure each brand of pipes are different, but the RH 2-1 was obnoxiously loud (and I like it loud). I ended up wrapping by baffle with sheet metal which brought the sound level up, but not over the top.
