Did mine last weekend. Love taken all that stuff off the bike.

Shoot em with keyboard spray for dust. Turn can upside down and blast em good. You can stick a long screw driver in the broken hole from the right side and give it a few good wacks. I used a handheld sledge. Once you get them out a little, wiggle them back and forth( I used channel lock plyers) and pull. Twist and pull, Twist and pull. They'll come out alright but thier pretty deep in the cylinder heads.
