Meet Wall-E.

Simple angle iron from Lowe's, drilled through both sides of the baffle & secured with bolt, nuts & lock washers.

Broke up the sound a bit, but since the baffle walls on HK 3" big straights are solid pipe, wrapping with fiberglass would do no good.

Just the one "plate" in each actually toned them down a bit, but I eventually took the plates out and just run with the stock spiral baffles, loud & proud. Really loud.
