Max air Throttle Cables 2 Years, 4 Months ago  
Anyone purchased the Max Air Barnett Cables for thier HSR , Trying to find out what the Carb end looks like as Im convinced I need a 90 deg bend rather than the stock 130 deg. Also trying to determing How long to order them / it , I have Silverado Bars ....no risers and I know my stock cable is too short ........Any help appreciated . Max Air wont help unless you have already purchased something oddly enough .

I got them they have a slip fit on the end instead of the threaded like the stock cables the push has an added spring on the carb side. They also have a 90degree bend which barely makes it around the frame part that hangs down. If you have stock bars I would recommend 2" over. I have nostalgia bars and got 4" over they are a little long but, I'm going to add risers later so they should be good. There are several who bent their stock lines and the way your TPS mod is setup it is FOR the stock cables (note the spacer) it's easy to reverse just FYI.
Quite a few guys are running pull throttle only which works but, I ran it that way and then added the push also and am a lot happier. It just seems more connected.

you could always just get a custom set for about the same price, goto Barnett cables and you can order how you need em
