R* issues 2 Years ago

I'm trying to get together an an article (?) about the R*'s inherent problems and solutions by year (like the tranny situation in the 99 -03 recall/dealer fix or the SVS issue-seafoam/ream out in the 04's and up. Got an MS database started already so I'm just looking for other issues. Maybe it'll help the new members/potential buyers in their quest to find the best bike to fit their needs/wallet. Any ideas post'em here or send'em to greyphart@justice.com. Thanks.
