the green screw ,for timing the pms moved it ! still too rich

Welcome to the Clinic Riggs .....Are you talking about the PMS screw on the bottom of the carb or the accelerator pump timing screw on the front..and which way did you turn it???and whats the problem you are having????.....Coug

The green screw and the PMS are not related. PMS adjust the rich/lean mixture primarily at idle or just off. That green screw works the accelerator pump, which affects how much fuel is "shot" into the carb and when , when you grab a handful. Explain your issue(s) so the advice will help.BB
