Floorboard extensions vibrations 2 Years, 1 Month ago  
Ok I did the floor board extension mod and now have a lot of vibration on the floor boards. My feet are starting to go numb after while. Anybody else experience this and/or any fixes?

Which extensions did you get? I have the ones that billjr (from here) makes and I have no more vibration than I had before. Make sure everything is good and tight.

I made them from the diagram found in the tech section. I used 3/8 hard tempered steel and gone thru a couple of times to make sure nothing has come loose.

Another thing that will cause excessive vibration is the actual motor mount bolts. I would just go thru and check everything. Hopefully someone else will chime in here. Sorry I can't be any more help than I am

I made mine out of 1/2" plate and they will vibrate at high speeds 85+ but I don't think it is anymore than before.
