I bought a used one off ebay and it didn't come with the mounting hardware either. I contacted the seller and after a few back and forth emails he ended up buying the kit for me. I can't remember for sure how much he said it cost, but it was a lot. He told me the only place to get it was from the manufacturer. So, you might try to get the seller to pay if he said it was complete when you bought it. Good luck.

Thanks.. thats the route im going try for. I called the manufacture.. the kit is 120.00 Seems like a lot for a bracket and some screws.. I was hoping to maybe find someone that had tipped there bike over.. ruined the hypercharger but they mounting is still good.. Never wish that on anyone.. but if they could get some money back.. why not? We'll see what happens with the seller. Thanks again.
