You are right ! I should have taken it to the dealer . which i will tommorow .
"hope" is an expensive thing sometimes trying to fix it ourselves

The front cylinder has been firing as it heats up but the temp is like say 60% of the back cylinder . the exhaust smells of
co but it has traces of gasoline vapours .

Hello Everyone,
Got the call from the dealer . Its carbon on the exhaust valves .
she is being cleaned up . She was running power commander III on map 09 .
the fuel was rich on that setting with plenty of soot as byproduct . The previous owner enjoyed it

Im back to stock. have removed PCIII . hope i have a few weeks to ride before it starts to freeze !

Thank you each and everyone who gave suggestions and helpful opinions .

I appreciate it .

So, being able to tune the fuel to each cylinder was a bad thing in the wrong hands?

How weird is that...

Glad you got it sorted out and without too much damage. You'll be good to go for a long time on the stock programming. Bet you'd like to kick the previous owner, right?

Darn: Your best off to fabricate your own. A 6X9 flag will put a lot of drag on when you get up over 20mph ...Flag mounts for 6"x9"
