There are two relays behind the right side cover. One is the turn signal and the other is the fuel pump.

I did relocate my pump behind the right side cover at one time. I just used zip ties to secure it to the relay bracket. Both relays need to go on the outside of the bracket and the fuel pump goes on the inside.

Make sure the drain hole on the pump faces down.

There's a small hole in the black plastic end piece.

If you don't orientate it down then moisture accumulates in that sections and rusts out the contacts.

OK Doc it was upside down so I rolled it over. I finished up today it got dark and I was beat yesterday. Got it all back togeather and all cleaned up then took a test ride. Had to tweak the PMS a little but she runs good from idle all the way to 5000 rpm. Nice clean setup with the pump on the outside of the bracket held to the bracket with a 2 3/4 in worm clamp. Fuel lines up the right side of the backbone and the filter on the left under the tank. OH BTW the fuel pump doesn't work if ya plug it into the carb heater plug DAAAAAAAAA. Black to black white to white.
