With the proper measurements I am sure I can make them work with most any highway bars.

Curt,
what are your thoughts on spring hinged lowers like on Paul Milners
home page?
Open page, click on Yamaha, scroll down to hinged screen lowers.
http://www.paulmilner.com/pm.htm

Do you think this will work with Cobra fatty bars?
Can you make these?

If so how much?

I've got a 2006 Silverado with a silverado wind screen.

Thanks
Denny

With the hinge, pushing back it is rigid, and when you turn the handle bars to the lock position
the hinge lets it bend foreword when the lowers come in contact with the highway bars
it makes it so you don't have to notch the lowers to fit past the highway bars.

Guess they would work OK but they will wear on the plexi over time and never can tell they may break when cold if your front flops to one side real hard. I wouldn't tackle them myself I'll stick to my solid mounts that don't vibrate.

YOUR opinion is good enough for me, what measurements do you need for the Silverado wind screen using Cobra Fatty Bars?

Yamaha makes a nice set of chrome lowers that fit the new Roadies. I have them on my 2008 seen in my siggy pic.

I need a measurement from the closest part of the crash bar to the closest part of the front fork tins at level. Have your wife or some body hold a bubble level across the crash bar to the fork tin and you measure the distance with the front end turned in that direction. Measure both sides.
