The 99-03 came with a 33tooth front pulley with a 1.50" belt and a 70 tooth rear. If your going to run a harley pulley you will need to get a belt that fits the 04&up which is a 1.25" belt. I think there is also a 1 1/8" belt so do your home work before you buy the pulley and make sure it will take a 1.25 belt. The harley pulley is a 70 tooth which is the same as our R*'s so that's not a problem other then you will need to open the holes slightly to fit your R*. Has anyone heard a whoosh sound coming from the pulley? is there a picture or instructions on how to remove the pulley cover,? I heard there are ways to just grease the rollers and the sound should go away? Any help is appreciated.
