I used PB Blaster, heat and a stud extractor from Auto Zone. I didn't think it would work but figured what the hey, the counter guy at Auto Zone said I could return it if it didn't work. I'll tell you it was still a pain in the ass to get it out.

I tried to get a stud from three of the dealers around and none of them had one, I thought I was screwed, went to the local nuts and bolts shop and the counter guy pulled out a big box of assorted sized studs and match up the size, got to ride ALL weekend.
