You had a pic of a manifold ground to the metal I think one of Grams...mind posting it I am thinking of doing mine also if you know the part # for the larger O rings would be helpful .....100 degrees here ...gotta play inside today ...thanks Coug

Thanks Guys..... Musky the Addy is in the mail ...Doc ...After this weeks events at work my flying days are questionable... I hated flying to begin with .....otherwise would be glad to fly up and help ......wood working is a hobby to me ..... kinda noticed you have been working on those for some time .....there must be a Mrs.Doc thats pretty understanding bud .... .....Coug

Wife's pretty good that way. Nags but not too hard.

No. A polish job is jut that .... the interior surface is 'polished' so that it's mirror like, smooth, slippery. Very good at high rpm, bad at low rpm.

So if I take it down to the metal as pictured above.... as I was thinking using the dremel then sandpaper as I approach the metal then I should be okay ....the resuting performace IE 6000 rpms before you get good results with a polished manifold was what had me thinking twice..... since Roadies dont get that high .....Coug
