Steven - Yes, you will have to remove the sissy bar to install the luggage rack which will hold the trunk. The luggage rack (part # STR-5VP51-30-00) will bolt into the exact same holes that the sissy bar just came out of. ultrastar: Is anyone planing on going to Star Days this year? its in Reno NV this year thats only about a 5 hour ride for me the last one I went to was in CO. a 2 day ride riding 80 + and 14 hour days
