been reading about speed troubles, rode mine to work this morning with a gps, my speed is fast almost 4 mph when it reads 70, the gps said i was doing 66, it also adds about 1 .2 mile to 25 mile trip. is this the normal for this mc? it means a false reading on the odo i would be scared to guese.what you guys think?<br><br>Post edited by: cartersta, at: 2007/08/15 11:08

Hey Carter

It's normal on all bikes no matter who makes them. At least I've never had a bike that didn't read fast. Probably some kind of liability thing.

Normal.

Yes, the odo will read more than you've gone.

If it really bothers you, you can buy correction devices.
