It broke! 1 Year ago
I was headed back to work after lunch when I saw my right spotlight fall off and dangle from it wires. I turned around and when I got back home and looked at it the bracket was broken at the bend. Amazingly, it was a smooth, straight 45 degree angle on each piece. And this is a bracket that is factory bent to a 90, not 2 45's welded together. Has anyone else seen this?
Guess it's time for a lowbuck mod from the Tech Articles... http://roadstarclinic.com/content/view/222/103

I've actually broken 10 of them, like yours and in different places too. The Cobra passing lamps are much more durable.

Anyone want to buy a 2 piece Yamaha lamp bar?

I think I'll like the new look better anyway with the closer spaced lamps. Now, finding time to change it all over....
