cobra slash cut slip ons 11 Months, 2 Weeks ago  
hi i recently picked up a set of these mufflers at a very good price,i have factory mufflers on my bike now and want to liven it up a little(makin noise is a good thing lol)just wondering if anyone knows with everything else on my bike being stock if these mufflers will work without rejetting or will i get any amount of backfiring.thanks in advance.

ok thanks i guess tomorrow i'm going to get at it suppose to rain so will be a good day to do it,right now my gf says i can hardly hear it run,lol,hope this makes some noise

Those were the first pipes I tryed on my bike...very loud. I had to change them because of my wife. Your girlfriend will definatly hear it now.

Cobra's were the first aftermarket pipes I put on and they were too loud for me. Great low idle sound, though.

Yes u will....funny, my slip ons were very loud. Recently I bought the Cobra slash cut deluxe "full exhaust" . Alot quieter...well not quiet but tolerable. More of a throaty rumble.

i have the long cobra slash cut. way to loud. i replaced the baffles with the cobra quiet cores and love it

i have them on now very loud @ half throttle or more . me i like the louder the better keeps the deer at bay while riding at night but u'll want to get some rv copper gasket spray and spray the inside where they connect to the stock to prevent any air leaks slip-ons are known for air leaks at the connections.
