Metzs has a 160 rear and the 150 front. I just put the 150 front on my bike but not long enough to give a durability post. However it does handle well. I have a new Shinko on rear. So far so good on the Shinko also.

Respects

Thanks Mark.

So, you are running a 160/80 R16 on the rear and a 150/90 R16 on the front?

That's +2 on the front isn't it?

Did they fit without any mods?

I was looking around at the bikes in the parking lot today and was really surprised to see that my Roadie has a smaller rear tire than most of the bikes.

I am going to try the Shinkos next time.

Thanks for the info.

This is the setup that I currently have on my bike. The 160 & 150 tires look real good. Love the ME880's performance too. No mods required either.

Curious to hear about how well the Shinko perform.

Hey Dutchman,

I am also curious about how the Shinko handle/ride.

I ride 80 miles every day. I just went through my last rear tire in just over 4 months. I admit that I was riding pretty hard, so I have already laid off of the throttle since installing the last tire.

But I am definetly going to try the cheaper Sinkos next time. I haven't really heard anything bad about them......
