I took them off another 1100 V when I sold it. Very, very nice. They are certainly not TOO quiet; they have a good bark to 'em. And, as advertised, they produce a deep tone that was just absent with the regular baffles. They sound good off the gas, too. Now, I have them mounted in the forward mounting hole that was already there. The instructions say that they need to be at least 3 inches in, but that mounting them 6 inches from the end of the pipe is typically a "sweet spot" for performance. Might sound even better, I don't know yet. Also, I feel a significant difference in power vs the stock baffle! Not as fast as with my 2-into-1, but totally acceptable and on balance, this sound/power combo is the best so far. They are kinda pricey, but it would be worth it for improved tone and performance.
