I was wondering: has anyone ever converted from the stock carb to a electronic fuel injection for the Roadstar 1600? Mine is an '02 Silverado with the stock carb. I have heard that some of the newer models have fuel injection and I was wondering if a swap-out could be accomplished without a lot of problem or cost.<br><br>Post edited by: JMayton, at: 2006/01/10 06:33

Sorry but you heard wrong .... there are no R* models with fuel injection so a swap-out would not be possible.

BTW .... I looks like you are trying to load a sig pic from a website. You need to put the full address in bracket by the url commands.

I always wondered if you could &quot;borrow&quot; the fuel injection from the roadstar warrior... but then thought to myself.. it would be easier to take a warrior and turn it into a cruiser.. then I though about all the problems fuel injection could cause... and decided 1 carb good... electronics bad.... ~Dave
