In a nut shell I want to be able to turn the bike from Road Tour to Single Cruiser with as little ease as possible. Thanks! The passenger seat has 3 bolts in the front and one in the back, very easy to take off. The fender racks usually have 2 bolts in the front a plug for the other fender hole and 1 bolt in the back. Total time to switch from one to the other is 5 mins. + or -. The bags are a little longer, but not much. 4 bolts to remove each bag. 2 fender bolts and 2 pass. foot peg bolts for each bracket. Total time to remove each side and replace the fender bolts 5 min. + or -. The change out time is only about 10 minutes with the hardest part of it being the footpegs. Grab bars surface from time to time. Find a fender bib you like or plug the holes. I ran with a stock seat for a long time solo. The plate is between the front edges of the factory seat that I put suction cups on.
