 ok i was running my bike hard just because i never do jsut to see what it would do, i dont really know what happen, i done this in 3rd, 4th and 5th, i ran the gears hard and it accelerated quick, then kinda bog or stall then accelerate , like it couldnt keep up.
my mods are drilled stock box with kn filter, vh longshots, rejet is 167.5 needle on the 4th clip, plugs look good, plenty of power, just when i hold it wide open she will take off quick , lose momentum , and then go, if i try to pass someone no problem, like i said just running wide open to she what she would do

Sound like you might have a slight vacuum leak check the little brass tube on your intake manifold. The slide in the crab is assisted by vacuum so if you have a leak it may take a bit to catch up. If that is OK look at the slide inside the carb and see if it is scratched and has carbon deposits on it.

make sure your clutch cable isn't too tight. mine felt like that when i switched out my levers. turned out my cable was too tight causing a slight clutch slippage

x2 on the clutch cable. when i bought my * i would notice the same problem, slippage only in the upper gears.
loosened the cable and the problem went way of the do-do.

I'm so glad the PO of my bike knew what was up with my bike. It really runs great and I have had only the best this bike can offer. I couldn't be happyer. I kinda wish something would go wrong so I could fix it and make it better. Must be my biker bell.

==================
This is likely a fuel delivery issue, carb/motor is running low and or out of fuel when under haviest load holding WOT for longer period of time in higher gears.
Could be partially clogged inline fuel filter,could also be partially clogged screen thats inside metal fuel line inlet to carb too.
Could be elec fuel pump (if still running it)not putting out 100% pressure/fuel flow or maybe elec pump being reloctaed under sidecover much farther away not able to keep up with fuel demand in that case.
If pumpless & running small stock needle & seat could need larger high flow Grizzley or suzuki needle & seat for more fuel flow.
Maybe float lvl is set wrong.
Could be a clogged fuel tank vent or partially clogged fuel petcock,etc.

Easiest to adjust at the handlebar. You should have a nickle's thickness of freeplay at the hinge of the clutch lever.
