As I recall... yes. I seem to remember using both as you have described. It should come with all the hardware you need to install. I have got a bad case of CRS (Cant Remember Stuff)

The mind is a terrible thing!

go to "Products" then "Cool Parts" look under R* Its a bit pricey but its a nice unit.

I just received this unit today. Came with two crush washers. Do I use both? I assume one goes between tank and banjo. Would the second go between the banjo and the bolt?

Yes. Just like on a brake line.

Hey Dave it looks like you have your gauges where I want minde to be. How did you in stall the oil PSi gauge and the temp gauge? Also what is that digital gauage you have on there?

The oil pressure gauge is installed at the pressure port using an electric sender and gauge. The temp sender is installed in the oil tank drain (also an electric gauge/sender). The digital gauge on mine is a Air/Fuel ratio gauge.

The oil pressure is a 8mm banjo fitting. S&S custom cycle sells a kit but it is for a manual (non electric) gauge. I found a 8mm banjo fitting from an auto grease system and ordered a banjo bolt from Yamaha. It is the banjo bolt from the oil lines by the fuel pump. I think there is a tech article on this, you just need to mount a sender at the pressure tap instead of the gauge.

Hey Dave,

thanks for the help, where did you get the sender and where is it connected to. I see where it's mounted but where does it connect. I have a 07 RS and I'm not seeing anything under that area that would connect to it.

Thanks
