Sputters right off idle, more accel pump? 6 Months ago
Bike sputters/stumbles at low throttle settings, right off idle. Sounds like it's coming out the carb. Problem goes away when the choke is on. More accel pump or a larger intermediate jet?

any idea of what your jetting is? any changes made between running good and now? if not then it could be a air leak

if it happens after the bike is fully warmed, then try turning out the pilot screw 1/4 turn. Idle and just off idle are the pilot circuit. If it's doing it when it's cold, and the temps are colder than where you are at, it's still the pilot ckt, but, you would still need to adjust the pilot screw out (richer) for the temp changes, then go back in next spring when the temps warm again.

I would also suggest to look for any air leaks at the manifold to head joints. The vacuum is strongest at low throttle and if there is a leak, would suck more air in thru the leak at low throttle, creating a lean condition.

Check the vacuum lines at the top back of the intake manifold and if you still have the AIS on all the rubber lines on it. The tend to weather crack after a while and can cause bad vacuum leaks. Simple things first hard things last.

If you find no vacuum leakes that could be leaning out mixture and richening up PMS doesn't fix the stumble when giving it throttle comming off idle then try adj accell pump for a little more shot to richen it up a bit when comming off idle to see how that does.

Also ensure the accell pump is adj to begin giving a shot of fuel as soon as the throttle linkage/throttle plate in carb starts to move so motor doesn't spit/pop comming off idle due to a lean mixture cond.

If giving it more or longer pump shot doesnt fix the problem or doesnt help at all adjust the accell pump adj back to where it was prior to adj it for more fuel shot as to not waste fuel thew motor doesnt need.
