It's was mid 2000 when they changed the oil pump gear. If your build date is late 2000 you should be OK. Had it replaced during the tranny recall. So it looks like probably all the 2000 builds would have the old gear. I wonder how much into 2001 they might go? EDIT .... probably pre 2002 models. I'll see if I can dig up something more concrete.
