http://www.mikuni.com/tg_poor_mileage.html Looks like it's a plunger that the choke cable attaches too? It was talking about HD's but concept should be the same. Can't close something more when it's already closed.

I'm going to have to check more closely but from what I could see on mine I don't think it's going to work if one has the chrome knob.

Well Snake it appears that the carb has been sold. I gave $50 for mine and this one was about the same proce. I will keep an eye out and let you know if none shows up. I never know if anyone ever gets or even wants some of the finds I post on here for e-bay.  |

I can tell you for sure Musky. The enricher assembly can't be pushed in too far. The valve will bottom out.
