I am running a Pirelli RT66 150/80/16 rear tire on Front at 40 psi and I don't think you could stuff any more rubber in there than that without a clearance issue.

Clearance with the fender or the suspension/forks?

I just got in a 160/80-16, haven't installed it yet and won't be doing that for 2 more weeks, but I'm going from stock 150/80-16, clearance should not be a problem, but any bigger won't fit the rim I don't think.

Just enough...Really only about 1/4" on each side. This weekend I was doing really tight turns at 60 - 75 mph in the mountains and I have no rubbing on the sides. I was worried about the sidewall flex and getting rubs on the sides but all looks good.

Not that I have read. The rim is 3.5 wide, which is the reccomended rim size for the tire, so if it clears, should not be an issue.

Has anyone been able to find a 160/80/16 in a wide white wall? Searched the web, but no luck so far.

Unless someone starts producing one tomorrow there ain't one. I've searched for hrs at a time called different dealers to no avail. That's why I'm going to the darkside and some classic white wall paint.

Use some port-o-walls.
