I'd get rid of the 195, and get either of the smaller ones I mentioned. Otherwise, everytime you roll on the throttle heavy, you'll still be sputtering and blowing smoke. At WOT
, the 195 is providing way more fuel then your bike can use.
There should be a white plastic spacer below the clip, and at least one silver washer under the spacer. There will be a regular washer above the clip, and a small spring on top of it.
When everything is adjusted properly, the PMS
should be between 2 1/2, and 3 turns out. With the DJ
needle, you could either put an extra washer under the white spacer, or bump it to the 4th groove. The 4th groove, may make you a bit rich in the overlap. An extra spacer would be best.
The clip in the 3rd, is actually slightly lean in the overlap. Although, the size of your main
, may be messing with things a little.
