carb question 11 Months, 1 Week ago
Guys while rejetting I noticed if you are looking at the mouth of the carb, anround the 11 o'clock area of the carb there is a metal elbow with a round black plastic piece attached, and it seems to go to no where? what is this and is there some thing that is supposed to be hooked up that isn't?

If the bike is getting up in years it wouldn't hurt to pull the black plastic piece off and look at the screen inside of it. It will get clogged over time and a little soap and water is all it takes to clean it out.
