well, ran some gas out, then took the sending unit out, disassembled cleaned and wha -la all is well in the gas gauge world again,for now... thanks all

well may be time to replace the whole dash with a digital setup when it does go, anyone else tried the digital mounted on the clamp ?

Mine started the same thing today. I just had my bike all tore apart working on carbs. must have banged the tank around to much. Can I get that article to.

Hello,can someone pm me Waynes article on removing fuel sensor too?my roadie started blinking 8 times too (16) get it?the gauge was working.it took awhile though.I took the battery cable off to reset it and now the gauge stays on empty. It's driving me nuts!one article said pour seafoam in it.will that work
