UPDATE... I put new spark plugs in over the weekend and went on a 70mile ride (hard ) Runs great! got home and pulled the plugs nice light brown color PERFECT!! BTW the old plugs were gapped wrong too .5mm! freak'n stealer gapped all the new plugs to .8mm-.9mm. Seems to be running very well! less gas smell too!

Just for your info Musky,I did the choke knob trim today.Took about 1/16
off.Raining here so I didn't get to ride it but started it and warmed it up and it seem to idle better. Will know more when I get to ride it

cut about 3mm off mine, dint notice anything differant, it still touched the stop

Well. If there isn't anything wrong with the choke it won't fix it. How's that for profound? I guess there's a couple ways of looking at it.

If it's good now leave it like it is.

Keep cutting and see if anything gets better.

Even if it is good, trimming until it stops just shy of the stop gives you the piece of mind that it's shutting all the way off. But that's a decision you have to make. Flippping a coin might work for that . The problem is that we don't have anywhere near enough data to say for sure either way. So it's all an experiment.
