howling noise 2 Years, 8 Months ago
As I come to a rolling stop I hear what seems like howling coming from the transmission area on my 2005 r* ..Clutch in... whats up???

Your belt is probably too tight. Belt tight - whirring Belt loose - chirping on decel You can buy a guage from the HD dealer for about $30 if you need one. Doc
