TIRE SIZES 4 Years, 5 Months ago  
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE IN A 130/90 AS OPPOSED TO A MT90? IN SOME CASES PRICE IS DRASTICALLY DIFFERENT. AND IF I USE A MT90 ON THE FRONT DO I HAVE TO USE A MV ON THE REAR OR CAN I GO WITH THE 150/80?

OK THAT WAS WEIRD LOL I AM LOOKING AT MAXXIS TIRES FOR MY STAR AND HAVE BEEN ON THAT SITE TODAY SEVERAL TIMES. ANYWAY THE CHART YOU SENT ME DID HELP BUT THE BIGGEST HELP WAS THE FAQ. THE DIFFRENCE IN THE 2 BESIDES A SLIGHT OVER ALL WIDTH IS THAT THE MT90H16 VS THE 130/90-16 HAS A HEAVIER LOAD CLASSIFICATION. SO I WILL GO WITH THE 130/90-16 AS THAT IS WHAT YAMAHA RECOMMENDS. THANK YOU AGAIN FOR THE HELP
