1st report,Nology High performance Spark plugs 11 Months ago
I decided to try a new spark plug. In our quest for better performance I see a lot of people going to race coils( Nemesis & Dyna)and better plug wires. But seem to stay with basicly stock plugs. So I started reading and came apon Nology Silver by Brisk. After checking out their web site I decided to spend the extra money($44.00 shipped)this does sound like alot but considering what people are paying for coils&wires still alot less.
here`s the basic run down(Silver center electro(no resister),increased HP,
long lasting,top quality materials,cleaner combustion.race proven design.
way higher thermal and electrical conductivity than Platium or Iridium.
I know what your thinking,no resistor RFI ,didn`t happen. What did happen was this, excellent idle, great thottle responce, reached RPM limiter much sooner, took here up to 110MPH than ran outa room. There site explanes things much better than I can www.nology.com.
My current settings.Dyno jet needle 3rd clip stock spacer settings,
Mikuni 170 main,stock 35 pilot,PMS at 2,Thunder Mfg.tear drop AC.
Road House Doolies, stock coils & wires. My MPG already seems better but only did 70 miles today will update you when I get a long ride in.
(was kinda hard not gitn on it today)

If you never try something new you`ll never know.
the Nology SB2 cross referanced to NGK(DPR7EA-9

With the stock wires you still have the resistors in the caps (unless you took them out). So you are probably OK. Just to be more scientific you should put new stock plugs in and see if you notice an improvement over your old stock plugs too.

The fact that the stock wires 'have' resistors is one reason why I felt safe trying these plugs. The ones I took out were only about 6 months old and were in great shape and burning properly. When I install 'them' I didn`t notice the differance that I did this time.
I know the only true test would be to have a dyno run.Don`t have the money for that.I feel there science is sound, due to the properties of the silver and with 'out' the added drop the resistor in the plug would add.
The site had a well written Q&A section I thought plausable reguarding thier product.
I look forward to seeing how they perform over an extended period of time.

I wonder how they would stack up against the DPR7EA-9 since they cross out the same.
