I need to know what this hose is and where it goes. I'm replacing the air filter with Mr. C's modification and don't know what to do with it.

If you're talking about the hose that used to hook up to the back of the stock air box it doesn't get hooked back up to anything. Most people get a longer piece of hose and route it out the bottom of the bike. Some put a filter on the end and some don't.

Don't have a clue since it was behind the rather large air filter housing and not atached that I know of when I took it off.

Just take it off. You don't need it. That brass tube is just for the warp speed converter cooling system.

It looks to be the same hose thats hanging free on my bike.

Used to connect to the Air filter, but after putting the butterfly hypercharger on that hose is redundant. I just wacked a plug in it to stop an crap getting in..

More wrap speed now... scotty.
