hey hillbilly, i had a 31 tooth for a while got a noticable boost in low acceleration as expected
didn't like the 5-10 mph change in speedo readout [ can get speedo healer $100] and it maxed out the belt adjustment putting the wheel offcenter of the fender openingi beleive a 128 tooth belt shouey hillbilly, i had a 31 tooth for a while got a noticable boost in low acceleration as expected

i'm thinking of trying a 32 but for now went back to the stock 33.
havn't checked milage on the bike.
hope this helps

Thanks I have been trying to figure out how to help this bike out the best way I can. I have a max air with a K&N, cobra long shots, stage 1 kit and seem to have a lot taller gears than Horse power. With the stock gears in it it will do 95 mph in 4th gear but shift into 5th and seams to fall on its' face. Rode in the west Texas wind ( about 30mph) today that was a real treat. Don't get me wrong can run with the others but just feels like it is working to hard.

Decreasing the drive pulley size will improve accelleration at the cost of cruise. It will take more RPM (more fuel)to get the same speed.
