Take the bike for a good ride to get everthing good and hot. Then adjust the clutch so you have about a nickels worth of freeplay between the lever and the perch.   Logged       The administrator has disabled public write access. #81993 jimyz250 (User) Fresh Boarder Posts: 18 Re:slipping clutch, but only when cold... 8 Months, 1 Week ago   yep, its adjusted correctly, definatly has play, more than a nickle more like 2 nickles, I like my clucth to start pulling when I pull it with 2 fingers and the lever is against the other two fingers that are holding the bar< i like it to start pulling slightly after lever leaves fingers.. did I explain that correctly? probably not, but there is definatly enough play in the lever, good ideas though, keep em coming. whats average price for the barnett clutch.
