Any High Miles Roadies out there? 5 Years, 5 Months ago
Just out of thought, how many miles has anyone heard of getting out of a R*? A good friend of mine got over 250,000 miles out of his '79 Honda CBX 1100 engine. (It is now retired and resting in his garage, but still runs.) Can I expect to get 100 or even 200 thousand out of my 05 Roadie?

dvblair: Has anyone cut off the heel portion of the shifter? I never use it and would like to have the extra room. I would like to remove it but it looks like you would need a spacer on the shaft and I'm not sure ...
